SCAM WARNING!

By now, you have likely received a document entitled “Periodic Report Directors Shareholders” from a company known as Corporate Controllers Unit.You can find a copy of the one that I received regarding one of my companies HERE so you can compare the one you received.

We have fielded several calls from our clients regarding this notice and whether they should pay it. YOU SHOULD NOT.

THIS NOTICE IS AT LEAST NOTHING MORE THAN A SOLICITATION FOR YOUR BUSINESS AND AT MOST, A SCAM.

THIS IS NOT SOMETHING THAT YOU SHOULD RESPOND TO AND YOU ABSOLUTELY SHOULD NOT SEND THIS GROUP ANY MONEY.

If you are a Corporate Shield member, we file your Annual Report each year. If you are not a Corporate Shield member, you must file your annual report yourself. In either case, you don’t need these people to do that for you.
