Douglas G. Goldberg is an attorney and counselor at law with his practice limited to trusts and estates, business representation, real estate, asset protection and charitable giving. He received his B.S.B.A., his M.B.A. and his Juris Doctorate degrees from the University of Denver. He is licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado and is the managing attorney of Goldberg Law Center, P. C.

Mr. Goldberg is the co-author of three books on estate planning. Strictly Business—Planning Strategies for Privately Owned Businesses (2001), Giving: Philanthropy for Everyone (2002) and What Were You Thinking? (Letters to Dad) (2004).

He is a member of the El Paso County Estate Planning Council, the Colorado and El Paso County Bar Associations and sits on the Board of Directors of several non-profit organizations. Mr. Goldberg lectures frequently on estate planning issues and resides in Colorado Springs, Colorado with his wife, Kitsen and their three sons, Grant, Eric and Trevor.
