Cecilia is a Colorado native, born in Denver and raised in Gunnison. She received her BA degree from the University of Colorado in 1984 and her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Seattle in 1989.
Cecilia practiced law for over 18 years in Kentucky, North Carolina and Germany and also worked as a Senior Associate and Financial Planner for Merrill Lynch for six years. Prior to starting her own law practice in 2004 focusing on estate planning, probate, elder law and business law, Cecilia worked as a Trust Officer for Wells Fargo Bank in Colorado Springs, Colorado. We were fortunate to have her join our firm in January 2008.
Cecilia is licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado and is a member of the Colorado State and
El Paso County Bar Associations. She plays the piano and trumpet and enjoys reading, skiing, camping, and fishing. Cecilia and her husband Frank, have two children, Alexandria and Gavin.
